satyagraha, meaning “love force” or “truth force”, should be your word of power. Your uprising against the forces of darkness has got to do more than say “no.” A fierce, primal yes should be at the heart of your crusade.

beautiful. though not nearly as clearly intentional as thame through, I was just venting with a friend about how this woman was in the bathroom clearly in need of help and a bathroom full of women stood there and looked...then looked away. I came out of the stall and placed my hand on her back and asked if she nedded water or for me to get her folks for her....she said yes. so my venting spoke to how disconnected we must be from eacother that so many of us dont feel responsibility for the well being on folks we maynot know...even just as one human being to another. this one incident was kne of many like it that ive experienced recently...so when u speak about the need to re-awaken to one another

I'm about to begin a talk fast and this is exactly what I needed to read before I experience the world (and it experiences me) with no words.

"...each day it’s something that honors the part of myself that is sacred because it is connected to the whole." What incredible beauty! Gracias!
